Bradly Nicholas McCartney

Bradly Nicholas McCartney, 21, beloved son of Nancy McCartney passed away November 4, 2009, in his home in Round Rock, Texas.

He was born January 27, 1988. Bradley graduated from Durand High School in 2006. He worked summers as a life guard at Lake Summerset. Brad recently moved to Round Rock Texas with his girl friend and family. He was working for Steak and Shake and Sandellas. He was planning to attend college in the spring. Bradly loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed basketball, working out, swimming and playing Guitar Hero.

Bradly is survived by his mother, Nancy McCartney of Lake Summerset; grandfather, Allen McCartney; brothers, Phillip Walsh of New York, Alexander of Whitewater, Michael, John, and William McCartney of Lake Summerset; sisters, Paula Cull (Spencer)of Durand; Korinna McCartney of Florida and Jackie McCartney of Lake Summerset; biological mother, Nina Rybarski of Rockford; biological father Steve Bergstrom of Dixon ; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews . Additional survivors include his girlfriend Kaitlyn Wiedemann and Yvonne and Doug Parker. Predeceased by grandmother Harriette McCartney.

Funeral ceremonies will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, November 21, 2009 at McCorkle Funeral Home, 101 Main Street, Durand, Illinois, with visitation at the funeral home from 1:00 -4:00 p.m. Saturday.
