Donna Sullivan

Donna Frances Sullivan, 78, of South Beloit, IL died on March 3, 2025 in Beloit Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Donna was born December 25, 1946 the daughter of Arlie Chambers Jr. and Terry Ledford. She graduated from South Freeport Maine School District. Donna married Glenn Conrad, he preceded her in 2001. Donna then married Reverend Dr. Robert Sullivan in Darien, WI on February 14, 2015. Donna and Glenn owned and operated a wood working business until he passed. Donna did work in the newspaper industry in California and Illinois. During her time in California she met the future President Ronald Reagan. Donna was an active member of the Darien Baptist Church where Robert served as pastor for eight years. She was on the Church Board, the Ladies Aides. She also met and married Robert in the Church. After the Darien Baptist Church closed Donna and Robert attend Manchester Free Church. Donna was happiest cooking, baking, entertaining family and friends.

Survivors include her husband Reverend Dr. Robert; son Andy (Nancy) Conrad; daughter Sarah (Steve) Barnes; grandchildren Matthew and Caleb Barnes; Cedrik, Brendan (Katie) and Rebecca Conrad; great grandchildren Max and William Conrad and Freya Conrad; sisters Anita, Johnette, and Lisa; brother Jay. She is predeceased by her parents, brother Kenneth.

A Memorial Ceremony will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday March 15, 2025 in McCorkle Funeral Home - Rockton Chapel 767 N Blackhawk Blvd Rockton, IL with Reverend Doctor Robert Sullivan officiating. Cremation Rites will be Accorded. Burial of Cremains will be in Shirland Township Cemetery.
