Lorretta Jean Sanders, 74, South Beloit, Illinois, died at 4:22 am, Sunday, February 8, 2015 in her home from heart complications. \r\r\n\r\r\n Born September 15, 1940 in Rockford, Illinois, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Forest L. and Florence (Hobart) Bubser. She graduated from Hononegah High School, Class of 1958. She married Edward Alan Sanders in Rockford, Illinois on September 15, 1958. She worked at Beef A Roo as a cashier for many years. \r\r\n\r\r\n She is survived by her husband, Edward Sanders, Rockton, Illinois; daughter, Deborah L. (Bert) Guild, Tampa, Florida; sons, Curtis E. (Jonna) Sanders, Lake Summerset, Illinois, Scott A. (Lily D.) Sanders, Rockford, Illinois and James E. Sanders, Stoughton, Wisconsin; 13 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sisters, Lorraine “Dolly” Cambell, Riggins, Idaho, Helen (Tom) Miller, Rockton, Illinois and Chris Bubser, Rockford, Illinois and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Frank Bubser. \r\r\n\r\r\n Funeral ceremonies will be held at 10:30 am, Thursday, February 12, 2015 in McCorkle Funeral Home – Rockton Chapel, 767 N Blackhawk Blvd Rockton, Illinois with Pastor Megan Smick of Rockton United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Willwood Burial Park in Rockford, Illinois. A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Wednesday, February 11.\r\r\n\r\r\n In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Hospice Care of America 3815 N. Mulford Rd.
