Patricia Neely

Patricia A. "Pat" Neely, 93 of Pecatonica, IL died at 10:13 pm Thursday Sept. 7, 2023 in Swedish American Hospital after brief illness. She was born May 9, 1930 in Rockford, IL the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Q. and Georgia (Taylor) Kissack. Pat attended one room school house and then graduated from Pecatonica High School class of 1947. Pat married Roger B. Neely in Pecatonica, IL on September 15, 1951. Member of Seward Congregational Church, Red Hats Society, the Ladies Card Club; Winnebago County Farm Bureau.

Survivors include: son William Neely; son-in-law Mark Hogan; grandchildren Erin (Joseph) McFadden, Ann (Jeffrey) Petrusek and Patricia (James) Gallagher; great grandchildren: Joseph, Declan, Connor, Sean, Elliott, Claire, Jimmy and Lydia; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, husband, daughter Teresa Hogan; sisters Ruth Bennett and Madeline Benage.

A funeral ceremony will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 13, 2023 in Seward Congregational Church, 3029 S. Pecatonica Rd, Seward, IL with Pastor Joel Hicke officiating. Burial will be in Twelve Mile Grove Cemetery in Pecatonica, IL. A visitation will be held at the Church from 11:30 a.m. until time of ceremony, Wednesday.
