Patricia Sly

Patricia Ann Sly, who went by Pat, grandma, and mee-maw to those who loved her. She peacefully went to be with her husband Harold on April 3, 2026. Pat was born on April 30, 1944, to Roger and Doris Davis in Beloit, WI. Over the years, Patricia lived in Beloit, WI. as well as Rockton and South Beloit, IL. Patricia worked as a certified nursing assistant and enjoyed working with patients. She was a very loving, caring, and compassionate person who everyone loved to be around. She had many hobbies camping, word search, and bingo. Most of all she loved her family, grandchildren, great grandchildren, newly arrived great great grandchild, and Tinkerbell her cat.

Patricia leaves behind a family who will carry on her legacy of love and empathy. Her children include Penny (Peter) Zummo, Harold (Kelly) Sly Jr., Roger (Kellie) Sly, and Michael (Tessa) Sly. Patricia's grandchildren and their partners include Jack (Denise), Steven, Sara (Jared), Vernon (Amber), PJ (Toni), Jessica (Kevin), Casey, Kayla (Arthur), Jon (Cindy), Bethany, Brandon (Trinity), Blu (Stephanie), Ashley, Veronica, Angel, James, Cheyenne, and Elijah. She is also survived by her brothers, Donald and Jimmy Davis. She is predeceased by her parents, Roger and Doris Davis, her loving husband Harold Sly Sr., her brother, Richard Davis. As well as her daughter, Pamela Hartenberger, and grandchildren, Natalie Sly and Matthew Sly.

A visitation will be held at McCorkle Funeral Home-Rockton Chapel, 767 N Blackhawk Blvd Rockton IL on Sunday April 12, 2026 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:50 p.m. followed by the funeral ceremony at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Rockton Township Cemetery.
