Ralph Godenius

Ralph R. Godenius Jr., age 73, died peacefully Sunday, October 1, 2023 after suffering from Alzheimer's for a number of years. Ralph was born on March 7, 1950 in Arizona, grew up in Elmhurst, Illinois, and is the son of the late Ralph R. and Grace B. (Maxwell) Godenius. He married Donna Gunnison October 21, 1972 and they enjoyed their life together in Davis Junction, Illinois.

Ralph was self-employed for many years in the refrigeration business.

Ralph is loved and will be missed by his wife, Donna; daughters, Nicole (Mark) Alcorn and Eileen (Roberto) James and; grandsons, Matthew, Henry and Isaac; brothers and sisters, Barbara, Miriam, Elsa, James and Gene. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A private family ceremony will be held.
