Robert Green

Robert L. Green, 84, of Pecatonica, IL died at 9:25 a.m., Tuesday, December 2, 2025 in FHN Memorial Hospital after Lengthy illness. Bob was born June 6, 1941in Rockford, IL the son of Robert and Maude (Recoy) Green. He graduated from Pecatonica High School the class of 1959. Bob married Patricia J. Skridla in Rockford, IL on November 30, 1963. Robert worked the family farm all his life. Having purchased the farm in 1964, he purchased more land over the years. Member of Winnebago County Farm Bureau for many years. Bob enjoyed spending time in his woods. Traveling with Patricia and family.

Survivors include wife Pat; sons Peter (Lisa) Green; John (Susan) Green; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren. Bob is predeceased by his parents, son Michael Green; one brother and three sisters.

Cremation Rites to be Accorded, with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date. Final resting place will be Twelve Mile Grove Cemetery in Pecatonica, IL.
